The process goes the smoothest if you take the time to give us specific and detailed descriptions, and high quality photos. (Close photos as well as far away for each project. If it is dry rot in a window, it’s helpful for us to know the environment: is there a king-sized bed in front of the window? Is there a leaking eve on the outside?)

This stage is important for helping all the other stages go smoothly. Doing quality work on this page gets you an appointment sooner and avoids unexpected extra costs on appointment day.
